Berg Trading Oy has together with Pirjon Pakari brought to the market a gluten-free sourdough dry bread.

“Free From G” – dry bread is produced from genuine sourdough and is nutritionally suitable for consumers having milk allergies, lactose intolerance and individuals following a vegan diet.

Free from G is a good source of fiber, vitamin-D, iodine and plant-based protein.

Berg Trading and Pirjon Pakari began their cooperation in 2014.
